For our client we are looking for:

Sales Specialist with German language
Location: Szczecin

Job description:
* telephone and e-mail support for existing customers,
* answering customer enquiries related to orders via e-mail and telephone,
* day-to-day order management
* mapping and sourcing new business opportunities,
* providing quotations and creating product offers,
* managing customer expectations,
* ensuring that invoices are created and sent to customers on time,
* participating in international book fairs.

Skills:

* Fluent verbal and written communication in German and fluent English,
* previous experience in sales,
* good knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage;

Strong attention to detail;
* ability to analyse and identify patterns in large data sets;
* ability to make decisions based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts;
* ability to work with large data sets;
* very good knowledge of and experience in navigating and searching for information on the internet - finding specific product information in a timely manner.
