your tasks
perform all daily fund accounting tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with procedures,
actively participate in internal or external projects, process migrations
prepare management and accounting reports
perform daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and preparing financial statements
prepare monthly/quarterly cash reconciliations for funds, customer files, including accrual calculations, as well as, monthly/quarterly valuations for funds,
maintain excellent relationships with business partners and customers,
proactively support a leader in all BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects,
respond to inquiries from internal or external sources regarding operations,
be a mentor to new employees

what we expect
min. 3 years of professional experience in private capital (private equity, real estate funds or debt funds)
fluent English speaker (min. B2+)
understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
analytical and problem solving skills
ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
excellent organizational & communication skills
willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
showing flexible and self-driven attitude
