Job Description
We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for database and account management and act as the first contact for Distributors. Support for Account Managers and Field Service representatives in reporting and administration.
What you will do:
• Analyzing small size locations to reduce losses and stock level
• Implementation Asset Productivity central and country tools
• Monitoring and analyzing distributor's performance
• First point of contact for Distributors
• Processing movements and verification of data correctness in internal systems (SAP, Salesforce, myCHEP)
• Implementation of online platform (myCHEP) at Distributors
• Close cooperation with Commercial and Supply Chain Team to ensure support and information flow between departments
• Monitoring collections on a daily basis (completion of all raised collections, on-time performance, SLA’s, reduction of failed collection rates)
• Coordination of activities related to planning and execution of audits at Retailers
• Participation in current department projects and other tasks delegated by the Line Manager
Who are we looking for:
Must have
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree required
• Min. B1 English
• Fluent Polish
• 1-2 years experience in reading and analysing data
Nice to haves
• Customer-facing experience
• Supply Chain background
